A 12-month contract is required with a $50 non-refundable registration fee and the first 3 months prepaid at signup.

Yes. iCARE Med Clinic manages hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, GERD, and asthma with regular monitoring, medication management, and lifestyle counseling. Standard visits are $45 virtual / $79 in-person; DPC members pay $15 / $25.

What is included in the PA-C medical weight loss program?

The initial visit is $199 and includes a full history and physical plus basic labs. Follow-up visits are $79 and cover medication management — including GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate — and ongoing lab monitoring at 3, 6, and 12 months.

Do you offer shockwave or laser therapy for joint and tendon pain?

Yes. We offer non-invasive radial shockwave therapy (ESWT) from $110/session and low-level laser therapy (LLLT) from $55/session for plantar fasciitis, knee pain, shoulder pain, and other chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Results vary by patient and condition; these are adjunctive therapies, not a cure.
